- Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday mornings by request, when the calendar allows. Closed Sunday and Monday.
How a visit happens
Step 1
Send a request
Tell us about your home, pick an open day and window, and send the request.
Step 2
We confirm
The office reviews the request and confirms the appointment. You get an email with the scheduled day.
Step 3
The visit
A cleaner arrives in the window we set. You get a status update — not a live map pin.
Step 4
Invoice after the work
We send an invoice when the visit is done.
House rules
- Pick an open day and window. The office confirms, then we email you the appointment.
- We bring supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use yours, say so in the notes.
- Please secure pets. Mention them in the notes so the cleaner is not surprised.
- We arrange access — lockbox, garage code, or someone home — when we set the visit. Please leave codes off the website form.
- We carry liability insurance. Proof is available on request.
- You can change or cancel an upcoming visit from your home page when there is enough notice. If it is too close, call or text and we'll help.
